Lo-Fi Ink Textures & Brushes

Lo-Fi Ink is a set of 60 authentic and detailed, washed, worn, and weathered plastisol textures and 30 brushes made from aged screen prints. When plastisol ink ages, it becomes brittle and can begin to fade, flake, crack, and peel. That's what helps give your old concert t-shirt that distressed, aged and vintage look.

Use these textures to take your clean, modern design and age it instantly, Lo-Fi Ink style. Although created from screen prints, these textures can be used for a range of projects, not exclusively t-shirt designs. Created at 7200x6000 @ 600ppi, ranging from subtle to fully flaked out, you'll find a texture that suits your needs. As a designer, screen printer and color separator myself, I'm sure of it.

Included in the download are 3 versions of each file:

1 - The detailed greyscale tiff files, excellent for Photoshop and high resolution prints and mock-ups. You can even see the shirt threads in some of these!

2 - The bitmap tiff files (b versions) for easy use in Illustrator. When bitmap tiffs are used as an overlay in Illustrator, the white data becomes transparent and the black data can be recolored to any color with one click. Plus, they are lightweight and wont slow down your Illustrator file.

3 - The abr file of highly detailed, large Photoshop brushes. 4800x4000
